Dragan Radoš was born in Belgrade on September 26th 1957. His mother Milica is a professor of geography and his father Milan was an art teacher and painter. He has been drawing and painting as long as he can remember.

He says about himself that he is not academically but genetically predestined to be a painter.
He studied at the College for the design of leather clothing and haberdashery.

He received the highest marks in exams related to clothing and haberdashery, but towards the end of the studies he quit the College and has continued to paint only.
He held one one-man exhibition and participated in one collective exhibition. Perhaps this seems little, but that is because he immediately sold his paintings and icons, however he also gave away a lot of them.

At the present moment he lives and paints in Vrčin, a small place 20 kilometers south of Belgrade.
